CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:  There are no refunds for this session, partially or in full, nor are any cancellations allowed once payment has been received.  While we understand that you may not be satisfied for any reason, Tracy Ventura offers these sessions at a low-cost after spending many, many, many hours and many dollars developing and preparing and it is not feasible for her, administratively or financially, to offer refunds. By scheduling this mini-session and making a payment of any amount, you acknowledge your acceptance and agreement of this policy.   

By purchasing this session, you affirm your understanding that Tracy Ventura is not a medical doctor and does not give medical advice, and nothing should be construed by you as having been medical advice for any particular ailment, injury or disease you may be experiencing now or in the future.  You agree to release Tracy Ventura, Soul Essence Healing and Hypnosis, LLC and any and all entities she is affiliated with from all liability, legal or otherwise, as it pertains to any actions you may take or not take as a result of anything heard or learned from Tracy Ventura either before, during or after this course.   

Any person who would want to make any changes to ongoing mental, physical or emotional treatment should first speak about it with their attending physician, specialist, or professional therapist. Anyone experiencing situations of diseases such as, but not limited to, diabetes (insulin-dependent) or cardiac diseases (requiring taking pills daily), cancer, etcetera, must obtain medical advice before making any changes to their medication, even if they believe they have found the cause of their illness, and even if they believe that everything is now fixed and under control.
