About Tracy

If I had to describe myself in a few words I would say that I am a soul who took years to find herself (and I continue to dig deeper through the layers on a daily basis), found real healing from tremendous childhood and adult pain, tragedy and trauma, found peace, experienced healing from "incurable" diseases, and I now have a passion to help others find this same peace and healing for their body, mind and spirit. 

 

My goal is to assist people navigate this life through love and joy; teach and guide them to heal themselves physically and emotionally; lead them through the process of healing trauma, whether it be from this life or other lives; and peel back the layers of their personality so they can experience life through the eyes of their divine self.

 

I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, a Certified Animal Reiki Practitioner, a certified QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) practitioner, a certified ThetaHealing Practitioner for both people and animals, certified in Virtual Gastric Band hypnosis, a Certified Spiritual Coach, a Certified Dream Coach, and an ICBCH Certified Hypnotist.

 

I am a teacher of spirituality, passionate about helping others grow spiritually. Working closely with my spirit team, I very much enjoy teaching others how to heal themselves physically, emotionally, and mentally, and live a more calm, peaceful and centered life -- no matter what may be happening around them.
